Kaelin Rockenstein, Master Esthetician

Kaelin earned her Master Esthetician license through Clover Park Technical College. As someone who has (and still sometimes does) struggled with “bad” skin, Kaelin knows first hand what it feels like to be self conscious about your skin. This led her to want to be a Master Esthetician. She is extremely passionate about helping people achieve skin they are proud of. Kaelin’s favorite treatments are microneedling and chemical peels. When she isn’t at work Kaelin likes to spend time with her family and friends, play board/card games, bake and travel.

Zarah C. Pulfrey, PA-C, Physician Assistant

Zarah Pulfrey, PA-C, is a board-certified physician assistant with over five years of clinical experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, orthopedics, and interventional pain management. A U.S. Army veteran and fluent German speaker, she brings a unique blend of military precision, compassion, and advanced training to her role here at Nouveau MedSpas in Gig Harbor.

Zarah earned her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from the Interservice Physician Assistant Program at Fort Sam Houston Medical Center and has practiced in both high-acuity trauma centers and outpatient settings. Her extensive medical background includes specialized certifications in trauma care, migraine Botox administration, and auricular acupuncture.

With a deep commitment to patient-centered, personalized care, Zarah is passionate about helping clients look and feel their best through science-backed aesthetic treatments and regenerative wellness services.

Kelly Nagata, RN, BSN

Kelly Nagata is an accomplished Registered Nurse with over 25+ years of experience specializing in the operating room. With a wealth of knowledge and expertise in surgical procedures, Kelly has dedicated her career to providing exceptional patient care and advocating for her patients.
She is a proud mother of three children and three furbabies and has been happily married for 26 years. Eager to embrace new challenges, Kelly has recently embarked on a new chapter in her nursing journey by joining the Nouveau Medspas team. With her extensive experience, attention to detail, and compassionate approach, Kelly is excited to provide exceptional care to patients seeking aesthetic treatments, weight loss journey, women’s health issues and other areas of medicine. Helping them achieve their desired outcomes and boosting their confidence will be very fullfilling.

Mary Januch, RN BSN

Mary Januch graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the ICN (EWU, WSU) in 1987. She has worked in critical care & emergency nursing for 27 years. For the last ten years, she has worked as a consulting nurse & inpatient coding/billing for Multicare. Mary has extensive IV insertion & administration skills, so Nouveau Med Spa & IV Bar is a great place to work!

In her free time, Mary enjoys spending time with family & friends, traveling, camping, gardening, going to concerts, and riding her CanAm Spyder motorcycle.

Sharon Lynn, Certified Medical Assistant

Sharon earned her CMA and Phlebotomy degree 25 years ago. She then began working in the healthcare field and discovered her passion for working with people. There is nothing more fulfilling to her than to help patients look and feel their best. It is her true passion to get to know every patient and fully understand their concerns. Sharon embraces a natural approach to health and wellness infused with passion and gratitude. “Peace, love and laughter” is what she lives her life by and brings it to everything she does. Sharon’s true joy is her family and friends. She enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking, swimming, water skiing and just being one with nature.
