Zarah Pulfrey, PA-C, is a board-certified physician assistant with over five years of clinical experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, orthopedics, and interventional pain management. A U.S. Army veteran and fluent German speaker, she brings a unique blend of military precision, compassion, and advanced training to her role here at Nouveau MedSpas in Gig Harbor.

Zarah earned her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from the Interservice Physician Assistant Program at Fort Sam Houston Medical Center and has practiced in both high-acuity trauma centers and outpatient settings. Her extensive medical background includes specialized certifications in trauma care, migraine Botox administration, and auricular acupuncture.
