Regenerative medicine is the frontier of modern healthcare, focusing on therapies that help the body repair, restore, and improve tissue function. Unlike traditional medicine, which often masks symptoms with medication, our regenerative program targets the underlying biology of aging, chronic inflammation, and wear-and-tear injuries.
At Nouveau MedSpas, we treat regenerative medicine as a specialized medical discipline. Every treatment is backed by clinical oversight, rigorous medical screening, and a commitment to long-term functional health.
What is Regenerative Medicine?
The Science of Biological Repair
Regenerative medicine utilizes “biologics”—active substances like stem cells, exosomes, PRP, and NAD+—to trigger the body’s natural repair mechanisms. By influencing healing at the cellular level, these treatments aim to:
- Reduce Chronic Inflammation: Systemic and localized inflammation is the root of most degenerative diseases.
- Restore Mobility: Repairing damaged joints and connective tissues.
- Optimize Systems: Supporting neurological, metabolic, and immune health.
- Promote Longevity: Addressing cellular decline to improve long-term resilience and wellness.

How Regenerative Therapy Works
Targeted Delivery for Maximum Efficacy
The effectiveness of regenerative medicine depends on getting the right biologics to the right place. We utilize three primary delivery pathways:
- Localized Injections: High-concentration biologics delivered directly into joints or tendons to treat orthopedic injuries.
- Systemic IV Infusions: Delivering regenerative molecules through the bloodstream to address autoimmune, metabolic, and age-related concerns.
- Nebulized Inhalation: A specialized method for neurological support, allowing exosomes to travel toward the brain and nervous system.
Our Regenerative Medicine Services
Our regenerative medicine program is structured around medical evaluation first, followed by carefully selected therapies based on diagnosis, risk factors, and individual health goals. Rather than offering one-size-fits-all treatments, services are organized into clinical categories that reflect how these therapies are actually used in practice.
Stem Cell and Exosome Therapies (Orthopedic and Systemic)
Stem cell and exosome therapies are biologic treatments used to support tissue repair, inflammatory regulation, and functional recovery. Depending on the condition being evaluated, these therapies may be delivered locally or systemically.
Joint injections are considered for orthopedic concerns such as osteoarthritis, rotator cuff pathology, meniscal irritation, and tendon or ligament injury.
IV stem cell and exosome infusions are evaluated for broader systemic conditions, including neurologic, metabolic, autoimmune, and chronic disease-related concerns.
Nebulized exosome therapy is evaluated in select neurologic and neurodevelopmental conditions where inhaled delivery may be appropriate.
Each application requires medical review to determine whether biologic therapy is reasonable, safe, and aligned with the patient’s overall care plan.

Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) Medical Treatments
PRP therapy uses a patient’s own blood platelets, processed and concentrated, to support healing and tissue response in targeted areas. In our practice, PRP is used in medical contexts rather than cosmetic applications.
Evaluations may include PRP for hair restoration, lichen sclerosus, and sexual wellness treatments such as the O-Shot and P-Shot. Treatment plans vary based on anatomy, symptoms, and prior response to care.
NAD+ IV Therapy (Cellular and Mitochondrial Support)
NAD+ is a naturally occurring coenzyme involved in cellular energy production and metabolic function. NAD+ IV therapy is evaluated as part of a regenerative support strategy for patients experiencing fatigue, cognitive changes, or metabolic stress. Infusion protocols are individualized and medically supervised.
Reclast Infusion Therapy (Bone Health)
Reclast infusion therapy is a preventive medical treatment used to support bone density and reduce fracture risk in postmenopausal women or those with early bone loss. This therapy requires medical evaluation, lab review, and individualized planning to determine appropriateness and timing.
Autism Spectrum Disorder Evaluation
Autism Spectrum Disorder is evaluated within our regenerative medicine program to determine whether biologic therapies, such as exosome-based treatments, may be appropriate as part of a medically supervised, individualized care plan. Evaluation focuses on safety, medical history, and realistic expectations rather than guaranteed outcomes.
Why a Stem Cell & Exosome Consultation is Essential
Regenerative medicine is not a “one-size-fits-all” service. Because these are advanced biological treatments, every patient must undergo a Regenerative Medicine Evaluation. During this session, we determine your candidacy through:
- Biologic Suitability Review: An analysis of your specific condition to see if stem cells or exosomes are the right “key” for your “lock.”
- Comprehensive Health History: A review of inflammatory patterns, current medications, and supplements.
- Diagnostic Lab Work: When necessary, we order specific labs to tailor the concentration of your treatment.
- Custom Treatment Mapping: Selecting the exact biologic and delivery method (Injection vs. IV vs. Nebulized) suited for your goals.
Not sure which regenerative therapy is right for you?
All regenerative medicine treatments begin with a medical consultation. This visit allows our providers to review your history, answer questions, and determine whether any of these therapies are appropriate for your individual needs.
